1. All bookings are subject to availability.

2. A deposit may be required to confirm your reservation.

3. Full payment must be completed before or at the beginning of the tour unless otherwise agreed.

4. Cancellation made more than 48 hours before departure may receive a refund according to the cancellation policy.

5. Cancellation within 48 hours or no-show may be charged up to 100% of the booking value.

6. Tour schedules may change due to weather, sea conditions, government regulations, or safety reasons.

7. Guests are responsible for providing accurate personal information during booking.

8. Lombok Tragis Travel is not responsible for delays caused by flights, ferries, natural disasters, or other events beyond our control.

9. Guests are expected to follow safety instructions from guides and drivers throughout the trip.
